Image Segmentation

• Quick help: select an Image and a Processor, click the Process button.
• Tips:
• Click mouse in a segment, other segments will be masked.  Move the mouse out of the window, then all the segments will be re-displayed. (only work in the pop-up window)
• Adjust the diff_threshold argument.  The smaller the value, the more the segments are returned.
• Processors:
• GS_HCI.  Segmentation based on the HCI information.
• GS_I1.  Segmentation based on the intensity information.
• GS_HUE.  Segmentation based on the HCI information.
• GS_DIFFXY.  Segmentation based on the DIFF_X and DIFF_Y information. (texture)
• GS_DIFFXY2.  Segmentation based on the DIFF_X and DIFF_Y information. (texture)
• GS_LBPC.  Segmentation based on the LBP-C information. (texture)
